Their expertise spans social media advertising, search marketing, creative optimization, and advanced analytics to deliver measurable growth.<br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can flex across both brand and performance work. You’ll create thumb-stopping ad creatives, branded assets, and sales enablement materials that bring our brand—and our clients' brands—to life.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Design static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google</li> <li>Develop assets for landing pages, emails, pitch decks, and social content</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Brand teams to align visuals with goals</li> <li>Translate campaign briefs into high-performing creative that converts</li> <li>Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines</li> <li>Iterate quickly based on performance data and creative testing results</li> <li>Organize and manage design files, templates, and versions</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>You Might Be a Fit If You:</strong></p><ul> <li>Have 2–5 years of experience in digital and brand design</li> <li>Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva (optional: After Effects or Premiere for motion)</li> <li>Understand the difference between what looks good and what converts</li> <li>Love working fast, iterating, and designing based on performance</li> <li>Have a strong portfolio that includes ad creative, social graphics, and brand systems</li> <li>Are flexible, collaborative, and comfortable with feedback</li> </ul>
