Musicbox Karaoke is a fast-growing karaoke and nightlife venue known for our vibrant atmosphere and authentic Asian cuisines. We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand across digital platforms and engage new audiences both online and offline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our karaoke and events. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, advertising, and the ability to analyze social listening data to optimize content performance.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content tailored for different social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our audience and align with brand voice. Manage daily social media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Manage digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive brand awareness, event promotion, and foot traffic.
• Stay current on trends in food, nightlife, influencer marketing, and viral content strategies.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance visibility of posts and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
• Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) for graphic design needs related to social media campaigns.
Experience
• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in video/graphic editing tools for creating engaging multimedia content.
• Familiarity with relationship management techniques to build strong connections with online communities.
• Understanding of web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
• Knowledge of advertising strategies on various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Comfortable working during nightlife hours to capture real-time content if needed.
• Experience in social listening tools to gauge audience sentiment and feedback effectively.
• Bilingual or experience with Asian cultural content is a plus!
