What you would do as our Accountant
We are looking for Accountant to join our team to help with running of our financial department.
You would also:
<ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in">
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Process bank transactions and do bank reconciliation.</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Process supplier invoices, obtaining approval where required.</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Perform the AR & AP reconciliations and address and resolve customer balance discrepancies or disputes.</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Review vendor statements and address missing or inaccurate information and review and reconcile intercompany balances.</li>
</ul>
 
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
<ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in">
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Has bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting and/or Finance.</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Has good accounting knowledge.</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Has minimum 2 years’ experience working in similar role.</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Has MS Office and ERP system working experience (preferably with Microsoft AX or SAP).</li>
<li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Has English intermediate level and native Romanian knowledge.</li>
</ul>
