Come join us for a whale of a ride!</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Senior Technical Recruiter </strong>on a <strong>6-month contract</strong>, you’ll play a key role in scaling our engineering and product teams by finding top-tier talent across the globe. We’re looking for someone who is strategic, resourceful, and passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience while delivering results in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h1><h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul>
