Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective students for various educational programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote business growth.
  • Provide detailed information to potential candidates regarding courses, fees, and admission processes.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed admission and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and events to drive student admissions and promote business services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns for educational programs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries efficiently.
  • Regularly prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, admissions, or client management (preferably in the education sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, admissions, or business development roles.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn may also apply.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (flexible hours available based on performance).
