We are currently seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as a Quality Assurance & Testing Specialist for Amazon Connect, working from the comfort of your home. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for testing and validating Amazon Connect workflows, features, and integrations to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and customer experience professionals to identify bugs, document test results, and suggest improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for Amazon Connect implementations.
- Identify, log, and track bugs using QA tools and project management platforms.
- Work with developers and engineers to replicate issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Validate Amazon Connect call flows, IVRs, and integration with other AWS services.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and QA reviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably with contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect, AWS services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation testing frameworks.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus.
