<p>We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand sales channels. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Developing and executing a strategic business development and sales plan.</li> <li>Identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships.</li> <li>Building long-term relationships with new and existing B2B clients</li> <li>Leading negotiations and preparing tailored commercial offers and presentations.</li> <li>Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives.</li> <li>Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.</li> <li>Supporting the company’s expansion into new customer segments or geographies</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development – ideally in food, FMCG, horeca, or foodtech sectors.</li> <li>A proven track record of acquiring and managing key accounts or business partnerships.</li> <li>Strong commercial instincts combined with a hands-on approach.</li> <li>The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in both Polish and English.</li> <li>A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li> </ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience scaling food or FMCG products across new markets.</li> <li>An existing network in retail, horeca, or foodservice sectors.</li> <li>Familiarity with e-commerce, D2C channels, or marketplace sales.</li> </ul>
