• Provide ongoing feedback to students within 48 business hours.

• Administer pre- and post-tests as required.

• Complete end-of-course evaluations for each student.

• Assign grades according to established rubrics.

• Establish classroom norms and communicate expectations for student conduct.

• Attend to student health and wellness matters according to established protocols.

• Communicate with parents and students according to CTY guidelines.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university is required.

• At least two years of teaching or tutoring experience is required.

• Advanced knowledge of biology is essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is required.
Nice-to-haves
• Master's Degree is preferred.
