You will get

exposure to brokers, sellers, city staff, attorneys, lenders, tenants and internal capital

and development partners. You’ll also travel. Nationally. A lot. This is a place to build

your name- if you’re driven, sharp and reliable, there’s room to grow quickly.

- Hungry and Competitive: You get energy from the chase, you’re comfortable

cold calling, and you don’t wait for deals to come to you.

- mOrganized and Detail-Oriented: You can manage a high volume of activity

without dropping the ball.

- Naturally Curious: You ask questions, dig into market dynamics, and want to

understand what makes a site or trade area succeed.

- Professional and Personable: You can adapt to our fast-paced and

relationship-oriented industry whether you’re sitting down one-on-one with an

owner, walking into a client meeting or networking at an industry event.

- Driven and Reliable: Ability to travel often, often on short notice.

To Apply:

Send your resume and a quick note (3-5 sentences max) explaining why you’re a fit

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field

1–3 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, brokerage, leasing, or sales (retail real estate experience preferred)

Proven ability to cold-call property owners and generate new deal flow

Familiarity with zoning codes, site planning and pro forma mechanics

Self-starter who can operate within limited structure

Concise and clear written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Excel, CRM and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com,

Salesforce, HubSpot)

Location: Midwest or Southeast Based | Extensive Travel Required

Willingness and ability to travel extensively; a Valid Driver’s License

Benefits

Compensation: $62,400+ Salary (based on experience) + Performance Bonus

Exposure to all phases of the retail development process including direct exposure to leadership and decision-making

A high-energy team that values initiative, hustle, and results

Growth potential in a fast-scaling company
