<p>The Crew Account Growth Senior Executive ensures that e-wallet orders are inspected and processed accurately and in line with regulations in order to issue and deliver the e-wallet account and card to the users in a timely manner. As well as, assisting the business with effective commercial support related to e-Wallet customer accounts and operational processes across MarTrust.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <ul> <li> Assist crew and corporate clients with crew onboarding, e-wallet setup and card creation/shipping </li> <li> Coordinate with clients and internal parties on operational matters </li> <li> Handle customer inquiries and FAQs, escalating or resolving issues as needed </li> <li> Conduct e-wallet webinars and client visits to support customers as require</li> <li> Support the Commercial and Sales teams with customer-related questions</li> </ul> <li><strong>Operational Support:</strong></li> <ul> <li> Process e-wallet creation & card orders by collecting and accurate screening of user documents </li> <li> Assist with operational tasks and serve as a link between internal departments to resolve issues</li> <li> Collect documents based on standard operating instructions </li> </ul> <li><strong>Reporting, Data & Improvement:</strong></li> <ul> <li> Analyze customer behavior or data to identify needs and suggest improvements</li> <li> Proactively identify and suggest continuous improvement ideas </li> </ul> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, business process operations, customer support, within the maritime, shipping, crew management or BPO sectors.</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients and stakeholders.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.</li> <li>Familiarity with industry practices, regulations, and emerging trends in crew management services, an advantage. </li> <li>Intermediate level knowledge in Microsoft Excel is required.</li> <li>Understanding of the Payment and financial service industry (advantage)</li> <li>Ability to collaborate in a team-based environment across functional disciplines and lines of business</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous task</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Competitive Salary and Bonus</strong>: We reward your expertise and contributions.</li> <li> <strong>Inclusive Onboarding Experience</strong>: Our onboarding program is designed to set you up for success right from day one.</li> <li> <strong>Marcura Wellness Zone</strong>: We value your work-life balance and well-being.</li> <li> <strong>Global Opportunities</strong>: Be part of an ambitious, expanding company with a local touch.</li> <li> <strong>Diverse, Supportive Work Culture</strong>: We’re committed to inclusion, diversity, and a sense of belonging for all team members.</li> </ul>
