<h1>CRM Analyst</h1><p><strong>Department: </strong>Marketing</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Oak Brook, IL</p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$85,000 - $120,000 / year</p><br><br><h3>Description</h3><div>ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a <strong>CRM Analyst</strong> who is responsible for generating actionable insights from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM data to support sales performance, strategic decision-making, and pipeline management. This role helps shape how leadership uses data to identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and improve forecasting accuracy.&nbsp;</div><br><br><h3>How You Will Help</h3><ul>
<li>Create dashboards and reports to support sales, marketing, and leadership visibility&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyze CRM data to track pipeline health, user behavior, and engagement trends&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify data inconsistencies and support governance initiatives to maintain data integrity&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with the CRM Manager to define KPIs and success metrics&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support forecasting, project pursuit tracking, and quote-to-close analysis&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute to CRM roadmap development with insights on usage and performance&nbsp;</li>
</ul><div><br></div><br><br><h3>What You Will Bring</h3><ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in data analysis, CRM reporting, or business intelligence&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and CRM-native dashboards&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and CRM data models&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to communicate insights clearly and drive adoption of reporting tools&nbsp;</li>
</ul><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Compensation</h3><div>The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD annually*.&nbsp;<br><br>*The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role.
