We are rapidly expanding and are eager to bring on result-oriented, high-achieving talent with a passion for impactful design.</p><p>As our <strong>Affiliate Marketing Manager</strong>, you will take ownership of building, managing, and scaling our affiliate partnerships to drive growth, user acquisition, and brand visibility across global markets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>B2C Affiliate Program Development,</strong> Design, launch, and manage affiliates&amp;&nbsp; partnerships, including commission structures, promotional guidelines, and onboarding processes.</li><li><br></li><li><strong>Partner Acquisition &amp; Management:</strong> Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with high-potential affiliates, direct publishers, and strategic partners</li><li><br></li><li><strong>Performance Optimization</strong> &amp; <strong>Data Analysis:</strong> Monitor campaign results, work with the analytics team to analyze performance metrics, and apply data-driven insights to maximize ROI and conversion rates.</li><li><br></li><li><strong>Market Research and “Opportunity Hunting: </strong>You are a true<strong> “business developer”. </strong>Constantly research new opportunities, initiate, develop, and execute marketing initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and revenue through affiliate channels.</li><li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and leverage cross-channel opportunities.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in high-growth online industries.</li><li>Proven track record in partner recruitment, negotiation, and performance optimization.</li><li>Good knowledge with tonline landscape, affiliate management platforms (Voluum, Everflow, Trackdesk etc)</li><li>Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoys initiating and scaling a business partnership&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><br> <b>Advantages</b><br><p>Bonus points if you have previously&nbsp;built an affiliation unit within a B2C company&nbsp;</p><br>
