<p>As a <strong>Production Artist Virtual Assistant</strong>, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for products like murals, wallpapers, pillows, blankets, etc. Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be essential for customizing these products based on customer specifications. You will collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while maintaining color accuracy and consistency across different materials and printing processes.</p>

<ul><li><strong>File Preparation &amp; Optimization:</strong> Prepare and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.</li><li><strong>Design Asset Management:</strong> Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.</li><li><strong>Color Accuracy &amp; Pre-press:</strong> Implement precise <strong>color management</strong> techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.</li><li><strong>Layout &amp; Typesetting:</strong> Execute precise <strong>layout adjustments</strong> and <strong>typesetting</strong> for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.</li><li><strong>Quality Control &amp; Proofing:</strong> Conduct thorough <strong>proofreading</strong> and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.</li><li><strong>Workflow Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.</li><li><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong> Demonstrate advanced proficiency in <strong>Adobe Creative Suite</strong> (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant production software.</li></ul>

<ul><li>High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.</li><li>Proficient in <strong>Adobe Creative Suite</strong> (<strong>Photoshop</strong>, <strong>Illustrator</strong>, <strong>InDesign</strong>), with strong knowledge of file preparation, <strong>color management, </strong>and <strong>layout principles.</strong></li><li>Strong <strong>portfolio </strong>showcasing experience in preparing <strong>digital assets </strong>for <strong>print </strong>and <strong>digital output</strong>.</li><li>Excellent <strong>attention to detail</strong> and accuracy, with a keen eye for <strong>consistency </strong>and <strong>error detection</strong>.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical <strong>design </strong>and file preparation issues.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.</li><li>Strong<strong> time-management skills </strong>and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>
