Sick of chasing gigs? Want consistent, steady work without having to constantly hunt clients or hustle for your next paycheck?

We’re a U.S.-based marketing agency looking for a full-time video editor (40 hours/week) who’s sharp, fast, skilled, and ready to plug into a long-term opportunity.

Pay: $18–$25/hour DOE.

If that range doesn’t work for you, please don’t apply. We’re offering stability, not Silicon Valley startup money.

What We Need From You:

Pro-level editing skills – You know your way around Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci, and the rest of the usual suspects.

Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, rhythm, flow, and impact.

Experience with voiceovers, B-roll, stock footage, AI image generation, and more.

Fluent English speaker, based in the U.S. (Non-negotiable.)

Ability to manage other editors, help oversee production, and keep projects moving forward.

Organized, reliable, detail-obsessed.

Comfortable taking direction AND making smart creative calls.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Podcast or YouTube editing experience

Motion graphics / animation skills

Strong aesthetic judgment and brand awareness

What You’ll Get:

40 hours/week of stable, ongoing work

A team that values quality, speed, and no drama

Clear expectations and feedback – no endless revision hell

A place to grow and be valued long-term

What You WON’T Get:

Chaotic deadlines with no direction

Inconsistent hours or feast/famine income

Who This Is For:

A freelancer tired of the rat race who wants consistent pay and predictable work

Someone okay taking a little less per hour in exchange for long-term security

Someone who thrives in a high-performance, no-fluff environment
