Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Experience in testing web applications, mobile apps, or enterprise software systems.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
Previous remote work experience is an advantage but not required.

Working Hours:

Full-time, flexible working hours (Monday to Friday).
Must be available for team meetings and collaboration within core business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST).
Ability to manage tasks and deadlines autonomously from a home-based environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Expertise in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
Proficient in basic programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Understanding of both functional and non-functional testing (e.g., load testing, security testing).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload.
Ability to adapt quickly to new testing tools and technologies.
