Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in using documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs, Confluence) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
Basic understanding of technology concepts, such as software development or cloud systems, is preferred.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

Bachelor�s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
