Your role is to be the first point of contact engaging potential clients, generating leads, and sparking interest in our financing services.</p><p>If you're enthusiastic, persuasive, and enjoy starting conversations with new people, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of a growing company in the financial services space.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients (end users)<br><br></li><li>Introduce our equipment financing solutions in a friendly and professional manner<br><br></li><li>Engage prospects in conversation to qualify leads based on business needs<br><br></li><li>Record call outcomes, lead info, and follow-up actions using spreadsheets<br><br></li><li>Follow a structured pitch but adapt conversationally to build rapport<br><br></li><li>Collaborate with internal team on warm leads and handoff process<br><br></li><li>Maintain a positive, consistent daily outreach volume<br><br></li><li>Learn about industry trends and financing offers from our partner banks<br><br></li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in <strong>cold calling or outbound sales</strong><br><br></li><li>Clear, fluent, and engaging English communication (spoken and written)<br><br></li><li>Confident and upbeat phone presence; strong ability to build rapport quickly<br><br></li><li>Results-driven and self-motivated to hit outreach/lead targets<br><br></li><li>Tech-comfortable: can manage call tracking and lead data in <strong>spreadsheets</strong><br><br></li><li>Professional, friendly, and able to represent a financial services brand<br><br></li><li>Strong work ethic, consistency, and reliability in remote work environments<br><br></li><li>Prior experience in <strong>commercial finance, lending, or equipment sales</strong> is a plus</li></ul><br></td></tr></tbody></table>
