We believe in value-based leadership and living them day to day.<br><br>We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant with experience in the Promotional Products Industry preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, tracking vendor and customer transactions, and supporting overall financial health through accurate record-keeping and reporting.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments<br><br>Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts on a regular basis<br><br>Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including vendor billing and client invoicing<br><br>Support the Sales and Order Processing teams with job costing, margin analysis, and pricing support<br><br>Monitor and track customer deposits and payments for promotional orders<br><br>Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting<br><br>Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable tax and labor laws<br><br>Work with external CPA or tax advisor to support end-of-year tax preparation<br><br>Assist in inventory tracking and reconciliation (if applicable)<br><br>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and industry regulations<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)<br><br>Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant, ideally within the promotional, print, marketing, or merchandising industry<br><br>Familiarity with industry-specific tools like SAGE, ESP, Commonsku is a plus<br><br><br><br>Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Advanced skills in Excel and experience with cloud-based accounting platforms<br><br>Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. QuickBooks preferred.<br><br>Payment platform such as Stripe<br><br>High level of accuracy and attention to detail<br><br>Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills<br><br>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional<br><br>Teams<br><br>Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and in US time zone&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment<br><br>Own equipment and wired internet with backup (Ryzen 3/i3 with 8GB RAM/ minimum of 30 mbps)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Can work full time, long term, and contractual set up&nbsp;
