If you're ready to take the lead behind the scenes of a high-impact online business, keep reading.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities </u></strong></p><p>Business & Systems Management</p><ul><li>Manage CRM workflows (Go High Level): funnels, tagging, automations, campaigns, and follow-ups</li><li>Build and maintain online programs and course access</li><li>Create and manage SOPs for recurring tasks</li><li>Track team deliverables and progress via Asana</li><li>Oversee recurring meetings: agendas, notes, follow-ups</li><li>QA public-facing assets (emails, funnels, forms) before launch</li><li>Maintain organized file structures across Google Drive, Dropbox, and other platforms</li><li>Ensure all tech systems are integrated and functioning</li></ul><p>Executive & Administrative Support</p><ul><li>Manage complex calendars across time zones</li><li>Schedule appointments, interviews, and speaking engagements</li><li>Prepare daily agendas, briefing docs, and follow-up lists</li><li>Monitor inboxes, draft replies, and maintain communication flow</li><li>Coordinate travel and handle expense tracking</li><li>Support live events and calls (Zoom setup, chat monitoring, recordings)</li><li>Handle personal errands and appointments related to the CEO’s schedule</li><li>Maintain discretion with sensitive business and personal information</li></ul><p>Marketing & Communications</p><ul><li>Draft and format newsletters and marketing emails</li><li>Upload and QA website/blog/social media content</li><li>Manage social media calendars and engagement</li><li>Support promotional campaigns, launches, and partnerships</li><li>Maintain press kits and outreach materials</li><li>Manage affiliate/JV partner onboarding and tracking</li></ul><p>Client Experience & Customer Support</p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and DM</li><li>Onboard new clients with clarity and precision</li><li>Troubleshoot tech and access issues</li><li>Monitor client calls and satisfaction surveys</li><li>Maintain accurate client records</li><li>Escalate high-priority issues with suggested resolutions</li></ul><p><u><strong>Requirements </strong></u></p><p>This position is for a person who is/has:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Virtual Assistant, or comparable support role</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in marketing or related strategic functions</li><li>At least 2 years of building funnels, launching campaigns, and optimizing landing pages</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all tasks</li><li>High proficiency with digital tools, platforms, and remote collaboration technologies</li><li>A proactive, self-directed approach with a strong sense of ownership and initiative</li><li>Professional, personable communication style with proven success in client-facing interactions</li><li>Strong decision-making capabilities and confidence in navigating ambiguity</li><li>Proven ability to build systems and workflows that optimize remote operations</li><li>Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to support dynamic team needs</li><li>A positive, reliable attitude and genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding work</li></ul><p><strong>Additional requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Available to work 8 am - 5 pm EST, except on Tuesdays (available from 7:30 - 9:30 pm EST for live online events and monthly Saturdays 11- 2 pm EST and then 7:30-9:30 pm EST). </li><li>Willing and available to work evenings and weekends regularly.</li><li>Access to a computer </li><li>Reliable internet connection</li><li>Reliable and distraction-free work environment </li><li>Travel: This role does not require travel, but there could be some opportunity for this person to travel less than 10% of the time for events if they desire.</li></ul><p><strong>This position is NOT for someone who:</strong></p><ul><li>Expresses views that conflict with our inclusive and respectful workplace values</li><li>Prefers to delay decisions without a clear, confident process for arriving at an action</li><li>Tends to be more reactive than proactive, or struggles to lead with certainty</li><li>Relies heavily on informal or filler language in professional communication</li></ul><p><u><strong>Software Utilized by the Company</strong></u></p><p>GoHighLevel, WordPress, Webflow, Asana, Slack, Calendly, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Canva, Photoshop, ChatGPT</p><p><u><strong>Offer Details</strong></u></p><ul><li>Full-time, 40 hours/week</li><li>Remote, Independent Contractor (1099)</li><li>Salary: $57,000–$72,000/year (based on experience)</li><li>No benefits</li><li>Must be open to working some evenings and Saturdays routinely</li></ul><p><u><strong>Culture</strong></u></p><p>Supportive and friendly, yet exacting.
