If you have expert-level experience in email and lifecycle marketing operations, love working with data and platforms like Iterable, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be the perfect fit.<br><br>This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a dynamic brand and is eager to take on increasing responsibilities in CRM and campaign operations.</p><p><br><span style="font-size:16px;"><u><strong>The Benefits</strong></u></span></p>🏠 Work-from-home setup<br>🎉 Paid holidays<br>💼 Health insurance<br>🏖️ PTO<br>📚 Training opportunities<p><br><span style="font-size:16px;"><u><strong>The Role</strong></u></span></p><ul dir="ltr"><li>Own and manage CRM campaign setup, QA, and reporting within the Iterable platform across markets.</li><li>Review, update, and schedule email, push, and in-app campaigns (including copy, code, promo codes, and creative assets)</li><li>Conduct thorough QA for CRM initiatives to ensure 100% error-free delivery</li><li>Build and maintain segmented audiences for personalized campaigns</li><li>Support end-to-end development of cross-channel lifecycle campaigns based on client-provided strategy</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams</li><li>Analyze campaign performance, assist with benchmarks, and help prepare regular performance reports</li><li>Maintain clean and well-documented campaign schedules and trackers</li><li>Proactively contribute to testing frameworks and campaign optimization ideas</li><li>Handle daily communication and coordination through Slack, email, and project management tools<br> </li></ul><span style="font-size:16px;"><u><strong>The Requirements</strong></u></span><ul><li><strong>3+ years of expert-level experience with Iterable</strong> (or similar ESPs) managing email, push, in-app, and promo-based campaigns</li><li><strong>2+ years of QA-specific experience</strong> in CRM to ensure bulletproof campaigns</li><li>Intermediate <strong>HTML</strong> and <strong>Google Sheets</strong> skills</li><li>Proficiency with Slack and G-Suite</li><li>Deep understanding of campaign operations: content review, template creation, and scheduling</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail—you double-check everything and follow guidelines closely</li><li>Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken</li><li>Proven experience supporting KPI achievement for past teams or clients</li></ul><br><span style="font-size:16px;"><u><strong>Nice-To-Haves</strong></u></span><ul><li>Experience with campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis</li><li>Familiarity with app-centric brands and CRM strategies</li><li>Hands-on experience with ESP migrations and QA support throughout the transition</li><li>Experience or working knowledge of <strong>SQL</strong></li></ul> <br><u><strong>The Compensation</strong></u><ul><li>₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month</li></ul><p></p>
