<b>Description</b><br><p><strong>Location:</strong> Israel</p><p><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Director of Finance / Controller</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper</strong> to join our finance team and support both local and international operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with relevant regulations, and smooth financial processes in a dynamic and growing global company.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for multiple entities.</li><li>Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.</li><li>Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and credit card accounts.</li><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management and regulatory purposes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers, including auditors and tax advisors.</li><li>Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven 3+ experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role, preferably in an international environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><br>
