Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing mortgage banking company as they execute a strategic recruitment campaign across multiple states. You’ll be making warm outbound calls to branch managers and loan officers who have already received introductory emails from company leadership, creating a receptive environment for meaningful conversations. This role offers the chance to be part of a numbersdriven growth initiative with clear performance metrics, potential for performancebased bonuses, and the opportunity to grow with the company as they scale their operations nationwide.
Responsibilities
• Make warm followup calls to branch managers and loan officers who have received introductory emails from company leadership
• * Confirm receipt of emails and professionally schedule appointments for executivelevel recruitment conversations
• * Utilize Surefire CRM system to document all interactions, track progress, and maintain organized prospect records
• * Successfully transfer qualified prospects to company executives for recruitment discussions
• * Maintain consistent daily outreach activities to achieve target conversion rates of 10% appointment setting
• * Follow proven scripts and established processes designed for maximum effectiveness
• * Collaborate with team to optimize calling strategies and improve conversion rates
• * Potential to expand into refinance campaign calling as market conditions improve and business grows
• Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional accent (strong preference for South American candidates)
• * Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing, preferably in financial services or mortgage industry
• * Familiarity with CRM systems (Surefire experience highly preferred but not required)
• * Resilient personality with ability to handle rejection while maintaining consistent calling activity and positive attitude
• * Professional phone manner suitable for executivelevel conversations and highvalue prospect interactions
• * Understanding of mortgage industry terminology and processes preferred
• * Reliable highspeed internet connection and quiet, professional work environment
• * Ability to work independently while meeting daily and weekly performance targets
