Warehouse and Logistic Manager

About the position

Responsibilities

Manage the personnel and activities of the Corden Pharma warehouses.
Provide guidance and leadership to develop area employees.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, quality, financial, and non-financial requirements.
Coordinate the delivery of bulk solvents and other materials with Planning, Purchasing, and Production Departments.
Interact with internal process experts to stay updated on process changes.
Fulfill the role of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Functional Expert.
Oversee internal and external audits of the warehouse and provide follow-up documentation.
Lead incident reporting and management of associated CAPAs.
Evaluate bulk solvent/raw material needs for production processes in coordination with Supply Planner and Procurement.
Initiate and manage warehouse and logistic projects related to space utilization and cold storage operations.
Oversee shipment of goods according to DOT and IATA regulations.
Manage hazardous waste and shipping duties in accordance with regulations.
Verify quantity and quality of stock received from manufacturers and resolve issues.
Negotiate and manage all transportation activities.
Conduct employee reviews and manage warehouse employee-related matters.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
3 years of related experience and/or training in warehouse management or logistics.
Forklift Certification is required.
DOT and IATA certification is required.
Experience with SAP and MRP systems is essential.
Strong writing skills for reports and correspondence.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of GMP and quality control processes.
