About the Role

We are hiring entry-level remote customer agents to join our growing support team. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, or live chat by providing helpful, friendly, and timely support. Full training is provided, no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with product or service-related questions, billing concerns, and account management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using company tools
• Follow internal procedures and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating web-based platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred (but not required)
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,193.83 - $75,631.27 per year
