Job Title: Oracle Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote (New York, NY – Based Project)
Duration: 3 Months

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a strong focus on Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor. This role will support all phases of implementation from business requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise and a strong track record of successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, and optionally Core HR and Benefits.
• Conduct gap analysis, develop functional designs, and support solution architecture.
• Map business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including business process designs, configuration blueprints, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Recommend process improvements and preventive control strategies.
• Identify risks and proactively escalate implementation issues.
• Develop and manage testing plans—create test scripts, validate test data, log and track defects, and execute parallel testing for payroll and timekeeping.
• Design and configure reports and analytics to support payroll operations post-go-live.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong background in Payroll and Timekeeping Operations.
• 10+ years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
• Proven track record of full lifecycle implementations, including application configuration, testing, user training, and support.
• Experience designing and testing data conversions, third-party interfaces, and custom reporting solutions.
