Description:
The HR Consultant provides expert guidance and support to organizations in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. They work closely with leadership and HR teams to assess HR needs, develop tailored solutions, and implement best practices to enhance overall workplace effectiveness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise client on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
• Support or lead HR projects such as restructuring, change management, or workforce planning.
• Conduct audits of HR activities and recommend improvements.
• Assist with talent acquisition strategies and employee onboarding processes.
• Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Design and implement training programs on HR topics (e.g., harassment, diversity, leadership).
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decisions and track improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).
• Proven experience as an HR professional, ideally in a consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
