Job Description rockITdata is seeking a Consultant to join our Emerging Solutions team focused on AI, Data & Analytics. We specialize in providing strategic insights and transformative solutions to healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology firms. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in gathering, cleaning, and transforming raw data from different sources (e.g., databases, APIs, spreadsheets).</li><li>Perform data wrangling tasks to ensure data quality and consistency.</li><li>Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.</li><li>Create basic data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) using tools like Power BI, Qlik, and other leading tools.</li><li>Help develop, test, and refine data models or reporting applications for predictive analytics or business intelligence.</li><li>Assist with creating and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring they are running efficiently.</li><li>Support the creation of detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, methodologies, and workflows.</li><li>Develop and test data workflows to transform, cleans and structure data for consumption   </li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Must have a BA/BS Degree</li><li>Must have 2-3 years of experience working in the data and analytics space</li><li>Proficiency in Python, R, SQL </li><li>Experience with at least one data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) </li><li>Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) </li><li>Strong presentation and storytelling abilities </li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in Pharma, Biotech or Healthcare </li><li>Experience with Oracle Cerner</li><li>Experience with data ingestion, transformation or wrangling</li><li>Awareness of statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities  </li></ul>#LIREMOTE
