About the position

Responsibilities

  • Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers.
  • Engage with first-time and current business customers to learn their needs.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships through phone interactions and in-store events.
  • Discover customer needs through briefings and collaborate with the Business Team to prepare proposals.
  • Work with the Business Team to craft solutions for customers with complex needs.
  • Inform customers about the complete suite of sales support options available.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience selling in the business market.
  • Strong people and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using the phone to interact with customers and position business solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events.
  • Flexibility with work schedule based on business needs.
