About the position
Responsibilities
- Introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to business customers.
- Engage with first-time and current business customers to learn their needs.
- Generate new leads and build relationships through phone interactions and in-store events.
- Discover customer needs through briefings and collaborate with the Business Team to prepare proposals.
- Work with the Business Team to craft solutions for customers with complex needs.
- Inform customers about the complete suite of sales support options available.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience selling in the business market.
- Strong people and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using the phone to interact with customers and position business solutions.
- Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events.
- Flexibility with work schedule based on business needs.
