About the position

As a Loan Origination Specialist IV in Dealer Commercial Services, you will create Floorplan and Commercial documentation through the use of HotDocs for the Dealer Services. You will work with Credit Coordinators, Bankers, Underwriters, Controls, Compliance internal and external legal counsel, and outside vendors to complete a request. You will perform documentation preparation and documentation review for existing customers and new prospects based on established criteria. You will also review and analyze the terms, conditions, and financial components in the approval documentation to create the required legal documents for loan transactions. In this role, you will identify potential problems while offering solutions, analyze transaction types, and identify, collect, review, and distribute necessary due diligence items for loan closings. Meeting service level expectations in addition to team, individual productivity, and quality goals is essential. You will be responsible for work queue monitoring and prioritization, performing documentation preparation in an effective and timely manner, and adhering to published procedures and controls at all times. Additionally, you will perform procedure and policy reviews and revisions as needed, prepare materials, and present group learning sessions to colleagues and business partners. Finding and implementing solutions to pain points will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements
• 1 year of experience in commercial loan documentation preparation.

• Knowledge of risk management, collateral perfection, compliance, and controls.
,
• Understanding of commercial loan terms and documents.
,
• Proficient in Outlook, Windows, and Microsoft Office applications.
,
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
,
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and team workload.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor.

• Customer service focused with excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Dealer Floorplan.
