Responsibilities
• Manage processes and contribute to improved systems that serve the academic oversight role of the Office of the Dean.

• Work closely with the leadership team on college-wide projects and strategic initiatives.

• Coordinate CCAPS-wide meetings for strategic planning, budget analysis, and program lifecycle management.
,
• Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop strategic communications plans for the CCAPS Dean's office.

• Coordinate CCAPS-wide reporting, strategic planning, and budget performance analysis.
,
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dean's office to ensure effective functioning.
,
• Manage temporary employees and participate in fiscal activities for the college budget.
,
• Identify and respond to sensitive inquiries and projects related to strategic initiatives.
,
• Coordinate day-to-day oversight of general office operations.
,
• Track and manage expenses and budgets related to the Dean's office and college-wide projects.
,
• Lead operational planning for large-scale meetings and events.
,
• Plan and staff meetings, forums, and events that advance the Dean's agenda.
,
• Manage complex scheduling and travel arrangements for the Dean.
,
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Dean with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, including effective writing in various formats.

• Project management and event planning experience with a track record of completing projects on time.
,
• Collaborative experience in leading major initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
,
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
