Your Role

Seasonal individual contributor position responsible for supporting employees through the absence management process in conjunction with TPA including ADA tracking and management.

Your Impact
• Provide support to associate’s during a work injury including process question, accommodation and pay inquires
• Process claim intakes for new injuries within our entire book of business
• Serve as a liaison between associate and third- party administrator and communicate to associate/managers as appropriate.
• Communicate with main case managers on escalated claims.
• Provide support to other teams within our area including leave of absence and specialty team
• Process verifications of employment for current and termed associates

Minimum Salary: $19.80

Maximum Salary: $25.93

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience
• 2-3 years previous benefits administration experience
• Previous case management experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal to all levels of associates.
• Strict attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
