Sha\'s Organic Skin Care is seeking a <strong>proactive, detail-oriented Live Streamer/Moderator</strong> to elevate our dynamic digital presence.</p><p>In this role, you’ll manage and moderate <strong>TikTok Live sessions</strong>, ensuring they meet platform standards, represent our brand with excellence, and create a <strong>fun, engaging, and safe space</strong> for our growing audience. You’ll interact with viewers in real-time, respond to questions, promote our services, and help build genuine community connections.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Product Knowledge</strong>: Pinning, moving, violation awareness and be able to read scripts.</p></li><li><p><strong>Live Stream Monitoring:</strong> Supervise live broadcasts on TikTok, ensuring all content complies with TikTok community standards, guidelines and platform policies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Audience Engagement:</strong> Actively interact with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in real time, enhancing the overall user experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Content Moderation:</strong> Identify and promptly address inappropriate or off-topic interactions to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Coordinate closely with hosts, content creators, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and quickly resolve any live stream issues.</p></li><li><p><strong>Reporting:</strong> Accurately document and report incidents or violations observed during sessions to management for further review.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior experience in content moderation, live streaming, social media engagement, or customer service is preferred.</p></li><li><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication abilities</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask and manage live interactions effectively</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with TikTok community guidelines and best practices</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Availability:</strong> Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on live stream schedules.</p></li><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> On-site at Sha’s Organic Skin Care, Silver Spring, Maryland.</p></li><li><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Varied shifts, including nights and weekends, based on live event programming.</p></li><li><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Must be able to maintain focus and responsiveness during extended live sessions.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications</p></li></ul><p> </p></div></div>
