The Dispatcher position at Securitas Inc. involves supervising guarding operations across multiple sites, ensuring that security personnel adhere to post orders and providing necessary coaching and training. In addition to supervisory duties, the Dispatcher will communicate with branch management regarding scheduling, staffing, and equipment to ensure smooth service delivery. Regular inspections of client sites will be conducted to ensure compliance with post orders, and the Dispatcher will also review reports for accuracy and assist in payroll and billing processes. Responsibilities
• Supervises Security Officers and ensures high-quality service delivery.

• Meets with Branch management and client representatives for status updates and problem resolution.

• Coordinates orientation, training, and retention of staff.

• Assigns and directs work, coaches employees, and carries out disciplinary actions as necessary.

• Maintains a professional environment in compliance with laws and regulations.

• Communicates with management regarding scheduling, staffing, and equipment.

• Inspects client sites to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with post orders.

• Reviews reports for accuracy and assists in payroll and billing processes.

• Performs additional tasks as required.

Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
,
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
,
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
,
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
,
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
,
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
,
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.

• Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.

• Understanding of security and safety devices and controls.

• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions in various forms.
