Part of the leading land &amp; sea transportation group, Travelier, SeatOS is building the dominant Transport Management System (TMS) in APAC.</p><p>We are hiring a <strong>Bookkeeper</strong> to join our growing team in Thailand. You will be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and supporting the company’s financial health through timely reporting and compliance.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead quarterly <strong>budgeting and reforecasting</strong> processes</li><li>Manage <strong>customer invoicing</strong> and support ongoing communication regarding billing</li><li>Oversee <strong>accounts receivable reconciliation</strong> and track customer payments</li><li>Set up <strong>new client accounts</strong> and ensure smooth onboarding</li><li>Monitor and follow up on <strong>collections</strong></li><li>Handle <strong>employee and company expenses</strong> using tools like <strong>Mesh</strong> and <strong>Expensify</strong></li><li>Prepare and submit <strong>monthly VAT reports</strong> and ensure tax compliance</li><li>Conduct <strong>monthly and quarterly financial analyses</strong></li><li>Perform regular <strong>bank reconciliations</strong> and monitor cash activity</li><li>Process <strong>payroll</strong> for employees and service providers, including onboarding and reimbursement support</li><li>Prepare <strong>ad hoc financial reports</strong> such as AR aging and collection status</li><li>Support <strong>vendor payment processes</strong> and ensure timely execution</li></ul><p>Assist in the <strong>annual review of international tax filings</strong> (e.g., Thailand tax return)</p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>3-4 years as a Finance Controller/ finance operations specialist.</li><li>High level of English both spoken and written - must&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in finance</li><li>Proficiency in Excel&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with NetSuite - an advantage</li><li>Ability to work under pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Fast learner and ability to work independently</li><li>Proactive approach, looking to enhance and improve the day to day work</li></ul><br>
