We are looking for a strong candidate who has industry knowledge of credit and debit card processing. <o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p>Responsibilities:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Leadership skills, problem solving and ability to review, analyze and evaluate business processes, procedures and user needs.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Provide data analysis to support, compile, and report key information for operations and business objectives.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Be responsible to drive processes and improvement initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Perform and participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and procedures following appropriate standards.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business and clients.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience<o:p></o:p></li><li>Produce, publish, and distribute operational reports relating to the development and performance of products and processes.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Conduct tests or test planning sessions, provide input for feasibility, and prepare user documentation and follow-up evaluation.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Act as a liaison with various departments, management and staff to resolve problems and improve processes and procedures.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Perform project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member.<o:p></o:p></li></ul> <o:p></o:p>Qualifications:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>6+ yrs experience contributing to the strategic creation & building out of products, accelerating value delivery to customers, working with cross-functional teams to realize products, employing innovative mindsets & practices to product development (design-thinking, lean startup approach, MVP, rapid prototyping, frequent feedback cycles, customer centricity)<o:p></o:p></li><li>Knowledge or familiarity with the following areas and systems will be a plus: Card processing and configuration with Fiserv, Visa or other vendors within the industry.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Knowledge or familiarity of network flows and controls.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Experience in system administration of UNIX/Linux/RHEL and Windows operating systems.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Ability to solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field and 6+ years of managing applications support, technology roadmaps, troubleshooting applications or other directly related experience.
