You will be responsible for building and managing talent pools, collaborating with business partners, and utilizing data analysis to effectively match candidates with the most suitable roles. Your primary goal will be to fill vacancies with high-caliber candidates within an average timeframe of 60 days. Additionally, you will continuously identify and build new sources of high-quality candidates that align with the desired profiles for each position. You will monitor hiring timelines and pipeline metrics to ensure that hiring remains on track throughout the year, while also supporting national staffing team members in conducting empathy interviews and pulse checks to enhance recruitment and selection tactics.
