Credit Controller

<h1>Your job</h1><p>As Credit Controller, you’ll take the lead in managing our global accounts receivable process. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely collections, resolve billing issues, and improve cash flow visibility. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys direct communication, and knows how to combine firmness with customer focus.</p><br><h1>Your profile</h1><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong><br></p><ul><li>Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up proactively on unpaid invoices</li><li>Liaise with customer service and sales to resolve disputes and ensure accurate invoicing</li><li>Maintain regular contact with international clients by email and phone</li><li>Review and assess customer risk profiles and take the lead in improving this process</li><li>Prepare aging reports and support monthly cash flow forecasts</li><li>Assist in automating and improving the AR process in NetSuite</li><li>Collaborate with the finance team during month-end closing and audit preparation</li></ul><strong>Who you are</strong><br><ul><li>2+ years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role</li><li>Comfortable communicating with B2B clients across different countries and cultures</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)</li><li>Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a strong advantage</li><li>Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and a team player</li></ul><p></p><br><h1>Why us?</h1><p></p><p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong><br>We believe in taking care of our team because when you’re at your best, so are we.
