Leopard Project Controls is seeking an experienced and confident High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our team and support the growth of our premium consulting and project control services. You will be responsible for closing high-value deals with pre-qualified leads, guiding prospects through a consultative sales process, and ensuring a seamless handover to our delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery and closing calls with warm, qualified leads interested in our project controls solutions.
Understand client pain points in project planning, scheduling, risk, and cost control—and align our offerings to their specific needs.
Build strong rapport with C-suite, project managers, and technical stakeholders.
Handle objections with professionalism and confidence, moving conversations toward decisive outcomes.
Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure expectations are aligned and met post-sale.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in closing high-ticket B2B deals ($5,000–$50,000+), ideally in consulting, engineering, or construction-related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Familiarity with project controls, project management, or technical consulting services is a major plus.
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
Comfortable conducting calls via Zoom or similar platforms, across various time zones. Apply tot his job
