Responsibilities
• Assist in the collection of surveying data for pipeline projects

• Place marks, stakes, pins, and monuments
,
• Drive stakes to fix survey points and determine location data
,
• Measure distances using survey tape and accurately read measurements
,
• Carry stakes and other field equipment over long distances and through various terrains
,
• Perform maintenance of field equipment and maintain supplies for the survey crew
,
• Take direction from the Party Chief in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
• Previous pipeline surveying experience preferred
,
• Familiarity with commonly used surveying terms and survey tools
,
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
,
• Successful completion of pre-employment fitness-for-duty physical, background check, and drug screen
,
• A valid driver license
,
• Willingness to travel
