We offer a diverse and engaging work environment, with a multitude of incentives and flexible work options that work for you and your lifestyle.&nbsp;</p><p><em><strong>General Information&nbsp;</strong></em></p><ul><li> <strong>Job Code</strong>: PRO-FN-05M</li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Location</strong>:<a href="https://rippleeffect.com/find-us/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external"></a> </li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Employee Type</strong>: Exempt, Full-Time Regular &nbsp;<br>(Ask our recruiters about <a href="https://rippleeffect.com/life-at-ripple/#section-flexible" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">flexible work arrangements</a>)&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Telework</strong>: Partial or Full-Time</li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Travel Required</strong>: </li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Clearance</strong>: Public Trust</li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Citizenship</strong>: Not Required</li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Manager</strong>: Yes </li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Number of Openings</strong>: 3</li></ul><ul><li> <strong>Salary Range</strong>: $115,841.00 - $133,217.00 per year (how we <a href="https://rippleeffect.com/hiring-process/#section-pay" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">pay and promote</a>)&nbsp;</li></ul><p><em><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></em></p><ul> <li>Provides comprehensive programmatic, financial, and administrative support to ARPA-H's PHO programs, including but not limited to: financial tracking, analysis and reporting, budget preparation and management of project-specific budgets. </li> <li>Monitors and reports on variances, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial sustainability.</li> <li>Ensures the accuracy and quality of budget and financial data by resolving data gaps and data quality issues and ensure compliance with financial policies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Compiles budget and other financial data in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial reports and analyses both on a periodic and ad-hoc basis.&nbsp;</li> <li>Solicitation preparation and management, tracking of deliverables and milestones, maintaining schedule and calendar, meeting support, preparation of correspondence, and maintaining files.</li> <li>Supervises team members and ensures activities are delivered on-time, and staff complies with organizational financial, budgetary and other policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manages the relationship with client, senior executives, and both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., other departments, consultants, vendors, etc.).</li> <li>Develops and implements recommendations to conform with budgetary policies and achieve financial objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Provides advice on technical approaches to accomplish project objectives for complex or large programs including meeting cadence, budgeting or financial approaches, project timelines, resource needs, communication strategies, and data management.</li> <li>May contribute to selection or implementation of technologies that support financial and budgeting activities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience&nbsp;</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li>9 years of relevant experience&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>4 years of project or team management experience&nbsp;</li> <li>2 years of supervisory experience&nbsp;</li> </ul> </ul><p><strong>Basic Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul> <li>Previous SETA experience supporting a Government Research agency (ARPA-H, DARPA, ONR, R&amp;E, AFRL, etc.) </li> <li>Experience in government program financial and administrative support.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of financial modeling and data analytic tools, as well as relevant financial, accounting, property management, reporting and other related systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and tracking technical and financial milestones.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in creating and coordinating budget and acquisition funding documents and has knowledge/competence in analysis is required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks, including briefing support and general administration.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and federal regulations.&nbsp;</li> </ul><p></p><p>To be successful at Ripple Effect, you must be able to pay attention to details, clearly communicate, work independently, and have an eagerness to learn.
