Back Office Specialist with Italian - Remote from Spain

<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and autonomous <strong>Back Office Specialist</strong> to manage relocation cases for client equipment transfers between sites. Each case operates as a mini-project, requiring administrative coordination, budget negotiation, and collaboration across departments.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Working on quotes / quote acceptance and customer returns / Tracking numbers &amp; missing documentation.</li> <li>Working with the relocation team and schedulers to ensure the Purchase Order is available to cover transportation services etc.</li> <li>Contacting customers and supplying all necessary documents and information.</li> <li>Explaining to the customer how the quote is set up, clarifying questions concerning trail and labor as well as part prices and discounts.</li> <li>Contact the customer and arrange the pick up with the carrier, when parts need to be collected</li> <li>Do the follow up with the customer after shipping the replacement parts of the defective module</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><ul> <li>Experience on data management, quality and cleaning</li> <li>Native/advanced level of Italian&nbsp;and Spanish</li> <li>B2 level of English or higher.</li> <li>Experienced user in CRM.</li> <li>Quick to learn new processes and tools</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills in appropriate language.</li> <li>Motivation &amp; personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution.</li> <li>Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li> <li>Candidates must be located in Spain</li> </ul></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>A full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.</li></ul><ul><li>Salary:&nbsp;39h-&nbsp;20.200€ gross/year + 1.800€ gross/year attendance bonus.</li></ul><ul> <li>Referral Program: Bring a Friend and get a Referral fee (up to 2.000€ depending on the language/project)</li> <li>Considerable investment in employees and their career development (including product, sales, and personal skills development trainings).</li> <li>Working environment that is modern and bright with a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere.</li> </ul>
