Data/Business Intelligence Analyst

<b>Description</b><br><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Data/Business Intelligence Analyst</strong> to join our Data Science &amp; AI group. In this role, you will be a key contributor in analyzing and translating complex datasets into actionable insights within the cybersecurity domain, directly supporting strategic decision-making. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, design BI dashboards and reports, and foster a data-driven culture across the company.</p><br> <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li>Utilize strong SQL skills to analyze large and complex datasets.</li><li>Identify business processes, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Design and develop BI reports and dashboards using tools like, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, etc.</li><li>Create data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis and BI tools, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field emphasizing statistical and analytical skills.</li><li>3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst with Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.</li><li>Proven experience with Snowflake</li><li>Proven experience in creating BI reports and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>Familiarity with AWS cloud computing platform is preferred.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable with a passion for data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with cybersecurity data sources and metrics.</li><li>Knowledge in Python is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge in Datadog is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and AI concepts is also a plus.</li></ul><p>If you’re passionate about turning complex data into meaningful impact, collaborating with brilliant minds, and thriving in a <strong>fast-moving, high-growth startup</strong>, we’d love to have you on board.</p><p><br></p><br> <b>Why Join Cyclops?</b><br><p>At <strong>Cyclops Security</strong>, we’re on a mission to transform how enterprises understand and manage cybersecurity risk.
