Triton Construction Company is seeking a long-term, full-time, career-oriented Marketing Specialist: Graphics & Digital to support and elevate the firm’s brand and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role blends graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation to strengthen Triton’s visual identity, enhance its digital presence, and produce compelling marketing collateral across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled, with a strong eye for design and a solid understanding of how to craft visually engaging, brand-aligned materials that resonate with high-end clients in the construction and real estate sectors.

This role is an integral part of Triton’s Marketing Team and will also provide graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and pursuit efforts. The Marketing Specialist may also be asked to assist with additional marketing initiatives as needs arise, making this a dynamic and collaborative opportunity to contribute to the firm’s continued growth and visibility.

Responsibilities:

· Design visually polished, brand-aligned marketing collateral such as brochures, proposals, presentations, advertisements, social media graphics, and event signage.

· Maintain and enhance Triton’s visual identity across all digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and tone.

· Create and manage content for the company website, including updates to project pages, team bios, and news items.

· Develop and schedule engaging social media content and implement strategies to strengthen Triton’s online presence across multiple platforms.

· Collaborate with proposal teams and the Proposal Coordinator to produce high-quality, graphics-driven RFQ/RFP responses and qualification packages.

· Support digital and email marketing campaigns through layout design, content coordination, and performance tracking.

· Coordinate and support external-facing events such as trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings, including booth design, promotional materials, and giveaways.

· Maintain and organize a library of brand assets, templates, and project imagery for use across marketing initiatives.

· Assist in managing and optimizing offline and online assets to ensure the timely and professional delivery of marketing materials.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., photographers, printers, web developers) to meet project needs and deadlines.

· Represent the firm at industry events as needed, reinforcing Triton’s culture, branding, and client-first values..

Skill Sets:

· Graphic design expertise, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

· Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, email marketing, and analytics

· Content creation skills for web, social media, and print/digital collateral

· Ability to maintain and update website content and functionality

· Social media management and strategy development

· Excellent visual storytelling and branding sense

· Ability to create and maintain consistent visual identity across platforms

· Strong copywriting and editing skills

· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.)

· Experience designing print materials, including brochures, flyers, and proposals

· Creative and detail-oriented approach to projects

· Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

· Understanding of the A/E/C industry (preferred, but not required

· Strong attention to detail and quality control

· Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 5 years of professional experience in graphic/digital marketing, preferably in the construction or AEC industry.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, Word. Knowledge of Hootsuite preferred.

· Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media tools.

· Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
