The Associate Education Consultant at MedCerts plays a crucial role in recruiting prospective students to enroll in the appropriate MedCerts programs. This position requires a strong emphasis on customer service and professionalism, which will be closely monitored by leadership. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team dedicated to creating impactful products and experiences that benefit thousands of adult learners each year. MedCerts fosters a culture of accountability, integrity, and collaboration, providing team members with opportunities for professional development and growth. In this role, the Associate Education Consultant is expected to meet and exceed recruitment goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Excellent customer service is paramount, and the consultant will need to develop expert knowledge of all MedCerts educational courses and programs. A significant part of the job involves maintaining a high level of student engagement, with a requirement of three or more hours of student talk time each day. If this target is not met, the consultant must make at least 75 outbound calls daily to ensure that recruitment efforts remain robust. The consultant will continually prospect for new students using various communication methods, including MedCerts' ISDC dialing system, text messaging, and email. Following up with prospective students regarding training applications and approvals is also a key responsibility. Building and maintaining referral partnerships with current and former students is essential, with a goal of achieving at least one enrollment per month from these sources. Prompt follow-up on all incoming leads is expected, with a response time of five minutes or less during business hours. Additionally, the consultant must be knowledgeable about the various payment options available for students, such as MyCAA and WIOA, and utilize Salesforce to manage a successful pipeline of prospective students, ensuring that all interactions are accurately recorded.

Requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Professional communication skills.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or admissions is required.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 2 years of inside phone sales experience in a high-volume environment.

• Experience with CRM software required (Salesforce preferred).
