Associate Director, Omnichannel Enablement

Genmab is seeking an Associate Director, Omnichannel Enablement to lead the day-to-day operations of US omnichannel platforms and related technologies. The successful candidate will drive adoption of new capabilities, ensure seamless integration, and establish delivery models for scalable, efficient, and flexible platform usage.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience creating omnichannel technology solutions
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and a strong familiarity with commercialization strategies
• A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives
• Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem of products including SAAS/platform architecture, configuration, measurement and analytics frameworks, and workflow automation
• Deep collaboration with omnichannel operations & delivery in a commercial or marketing function, with a strong understanding of digital engagement strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-channel customer orchestration
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve desired outcomes and build strong relationships
• Ability to drive alignment toward common goals
• Proven experience leading and overseeing external service providers or vendor relationships and associated budgets
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines related to marketing in the healthcare industry is an asset
