<p><strong>Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>You will sell Food Ingredients to the Food and Beverage Industry</p>
<ul>
<li>area Croatia</li>
<li>the position will be office/home office-based</li>
<li>You will be responsible for the business development of a selection of food ingredients in different branches of the food industry.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Analysis of the market and the product range of our suppliers to find new potentials</li>
<li>Responsible for making market strategy, purchasing, and selling of assigned Product-groups in Croatia</li>
<li>Building a close relationship with our suppliers and customers</li>
<li>Visits of customers, analysis of their needs, creation of value propositions</li>
<li>Participation in production trials at the customer/implementation of small-scale trials in the application kitchen</li>
<li>Project management in close cooperation with the responsible Customer Service Manager</li>
<li>Alignment of the sales strategy for the product groups of the suppliers with the help of the Category Managers and the Country Manager</li>
<li>You will benefit from numerous pieces of training (internal and abroad) every year.</li>
<li>Discover and understand customer’s needs and develop tailor-made solutions</li>
<li>Conduct lab, small-scale or industrial trials with customers</li>
<li>Follow up offers, payments, …</li>
<li>Develop and execute Sales Budget and forecasts …</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Food Technology <strong>Must have</strong></li>
<li>Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development</li>
<li>exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills,</li>
<li>high willingness to travel</li>
<li>very organized, reliable, positive thinking</li>
<li>Very good knowledge of Croatian and English (fluent in spoken and written) <strong>Must have</strong></li>
<li>you have a valid driving license <strong>Must have</strong></li>
</ul>
