A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with a strong interest or background in healthcare litigation to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering long-term growth, mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated work in the managed healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a range of complex litigation matters with a focus on healthcare and breach of contract disputes
• Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research, investigations, and case strategy development
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
• 1+ years of litigation experience; healthcare litigation experience or a strong interest in managed healthcare law preferred
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
