All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.</p><p></p><p><strong>Who The Client Is:</strong></p><p>A fast-growing SaaS startup helps local service businesses dominate Google Maps by automating the process of getting 5-star reviews. By integrating with CRMs, booking, invoicing, or payment systems, it sends personalised SMS review requests and follow-ups to make leaving reviews effortless. The company operates in a high-potential, untapped market where most local businesses know reviews are vital but struggle to get them consistently. With proven product–market fit and rapid scaling, the role will have a direct impact on growth.</p><p></p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a motivated <strong>Business Development Representative / Appointment Setter</strong> to conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses, generate interest, qualify prospects, and book qualified discovery/demo calls with the founder.</p><p>This is a contractor position — you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own time, with calls generally made during Australian business hours to maximise connection rates.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul> <li>Make pure outbound calls to targeted prospects from a provided lead list</li> <li>Use provided templates and training materials to introduce RepFlow’s value proposition</li> <li>Qualify prospects against our Good Fit Customer Profile (training provided)</li> <li>Book qualified discovery/demo calls into the founder’s calendar</li> <li>Record activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM</li> <li>Follow up on no-shows and rebook where possible</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Good Fit Customer Profile (summary)</strong></p><ul> <li>High-volume, local service business (50+ customers/month)</li> <li>Uses a CRM, booking, invoicing, or payment system we can integrate with</li> <li>Has a verified Google Business Profile</li> <li>Decision maker is the business owner or marketing manager with budget authority</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>KPIs & Expectations (minimum performance targets)</strong></p><ul> <li>2 qualified meetings booked per day</li> <li>40 qualified meetings booked per month (must meet Good Fit criteria)</li> <li>40–50 outbound calls per day</li> <li>40–50 emails/SMS per day (as part of the follow-up process)</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, handling outbound and inbound calls, or in a relevant role </li> <li>Operates a high-volume local service business serving 50+ customers per month </li> <li>Uses a CRM, booking, invoicing, or payment system compatible with our integrations </li> <li>Decision-maker is the business owner or marketing manager with authority over budget decisions</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Independent contractor role</li> <li>Monthly retainer (paid via Currenxie in PH or AUD)</li> <li>Month-to-month contract with potential for long-term engagement</li> <li>Performance bonuses available for exceeding KPIs and number of deals that turn into close/won</li> </ul>
