<p>We’re looking for a motivated and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling Unframe’s next stage of growth.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging</p>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven cold calling success and hustle mentality<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Bonus: Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales</p>
