This position bridges customer-facing support and engineering teams by replicating customer issues, testing product features against design specifications (Figma), documenting findings, and escalating bugs. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the product meets high-quality standards.</div><br><br><h3>The Impact you’ll make</h3><div><strong>Customer Issue Replication & Support</strong></div><ul>
<li>Analyze customer logs and replicate reported errors to understand issues fully.</li>
<li>Escalate verified problems to team leads or engineers swiftly.</li>
<li>Track and document issue resolution progress.</li>

<li>Review Figma design files to understand feature specifications.</li>
<li>Test software features thoroughly to identify bugs or inconsistencies.</li>
<li>Create clear, structured documentation of test phases and findings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers to communicate issues and suggest improvements.</li>

<li><strong>Hands-on experience testing B2B software applications.</strong></li>
<li>Proficiency using <strong>Figma </strong>or similar design/prototyping tools.</li>
<li>Experience reviewing and analyzing re-logs or system logs.</li>
<li>Familiarity with database concepts and ticketing systems.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li>
<li>WFH Set-Up:<ul>
<li>Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.</li>
<li>Internet speed of at least 40MBPS</li>
